Happy Independence Day!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Growing up my mom always made a wonderful celebration of the 4th of July.

So I tried to imitate that a bit this year.

Here is a little treat that I whipped up. 
My 4 yr old calls them "Pledge of Allegiance Cookies".

It is basically a mini fruit pizza.

A sugar cookie base, a little cream cheese frosting, and some cut up blueberries and strawberries.
